Junior Coaches Program

Cactus View offers a Junior Coaches program. This unique program is made up of fantastic 5th and 6th-grade students who are eager to become leaders on campus. The goal of the Junior Coaches program is to enhance engagement and safety during recess while also supporting older students who aspire to be student mentors and leaders.

Junior Coaches can play games with younger students during lunch recess, ensuring that all students have a blast and stay safe while playing together. They also meet with the PE teacher to learn new games and hone their leadership skills. Junior Coaches develop valuable abilities through this program, such as teamwork, collaboration, and communication.
